This is E-Juvenations policy page. Please review our terms and conditions.


Due to the sometimes erratic nature of, or hidden damage to, electronic devices, some may fail upon disassembly or software flashing. This is a rare event, but it may happen. By agreeing to our services, the client will not hold E-juvenations liable for any damage, apparent or not, previously there or not, for a failure for the device to operate.

Customer is in charge of having a Backup of the device. We hold no responsibility for data loss while on repair. it’s the responsibility of the customer to back up his/her information prior to any service.


Our orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.

For the safety of our customers, our packages are sent with signature required.

If you do not wish to require a signature for your package please notify us. By doing so, E-juvenations will not be responsible for any damage or alterations the package has suffered once delivered.

Please let us know if you wish not to include the receipt of the order or if your order is a gift.

A 15% restocking fee is charged for unclaimed and undeliverable packages.


After a device has been repaired and contact has been made (by phone call, voicemail or email), the client will have 30 days to make a payment for their device to be shipped back. After those 30 days, if no payment or contact has been made, we will consider it abandonment of your property. Your device then becomes the property of E-juvenations.


Hardware replacements for Ipods, (both parts and labor) when part is provided by E-juvenations, are generally warrantied for 1 year unless stated otherwise. Examples of issues covered by the warranty: part malfunction, part separation from frame, or a loose part within the device. Warranty does not apply to software repair for viruses, jailbreaking, or rooting. Warranty does not apply to damage or mishandling of the device or installed part (e.g. cracked screen, liquid damage, leaving device in extreme temperatures, damage by using fake accessories, etc.). This warranty does not apply to client-provided parts or repairs where only labor is involved. If the device was repaired on-site and charged an on-site fee, our client will need to get in contact with us to send in the device for the warranty work.

E-juvenations will determine all warranty claim validity.

If we mistakenly damage the customer’s device it is our responsibility to repair the damage we have caused. Please allow up to 10 business days for the replacement parts to be received.

If we damage the device beyond repair, we ask that the customer give us up to 30 business days to replace the device with a new/used/ refurbished device of the same model and storage capacity. It is the responsibility of the customer to back up his/her information prior to any service.

We will not tolerate any consumer fraud actions toward the business and we will go above and beyond to combat this by posting their information on all the social media, reporting the client to law enforcement and filing lawsuits. We do not tolerate fake reviews of any form. After receiving this receipt, the customer will pay court fees, lawyer fees or any additional fees that will come up to remove the review. Social media including and not limited to Google, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Yelp, BBB, Trustpilot, etc.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after the purchase date.

We keep records and take pictures of all orders and serial numbers before shipping.
All of our products are fully inspected once received.

If you decide to return an item please review our returns and restocking fee policies.

  • The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns an item in its original condition within the return window -Restocking fee is up to 25% of the item.
  • The buyer changes their mind* about a purchase and returns the item within the return window, but E-juvenations receives the item damaged or materially different than how it was originally shipped to the buyer – Restocking fee up to 50% of the item.
  • *The buyer returns the item for one of the following reasons: A​ccidental order-Better Price Available-No longer wanted.
  • A 15% Restocking fee is charged on all returns with exceptions.
  • A 50% restocking fee is charged on Brand New items that have been opened.
  • A 15% restocking fee is charged for unclaimed/undeliverable packages.
